Course Highlights
Cybersecurity analysts play a crucial role in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of an organization's information assets. Forensic Analysis:Perform forensic analysis on security incidents to understand the scope, impact, and root causes. Network and System Security:Implement and maintain security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions. Some programs may be intensive, lasting a few weeks, while others may be part-time over several months. Develop and implement incident response plans to minimize damage and prevent future incidents. Utilize threat intelligence to proactively defend against emerging threats. Industry-recognized certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), may also be part of the training or pursued separately in Al Ain . Stay updated on changes in cybersecurity laws and regulations. Make recommendations for improvements based on audit findings.
